Record a field purchase
Open Tech → Purchases → NEW in Thermal →
Use Record field purchase when you already bought material at a supplier or store and need to send the receipt to the office.
From an assigned job
Open the job and tap Record field purchase. The job is linked to the receipt automatically. Enter every receipt line, including its quantity and unit cost, then add tax or freight exactly as shown on the receipt.
Photograph the full receipt before sending it. The total shown at the bottom must match the receipt.
After the fact
Open Profile → Record field purchase if you are entering the receipt later or do not know which job it belongs to. The office can split the cost across the correct jobs during review.
When you are offline
The receipt photo and all line items are saved on this device. Thermal sends them automatically when signal returns. Do not enter the same receipt a second time while the first one is still queued; check the Sync Center if you are unsure.
