Manage your account

The customer portal is where you view your account with your contractor — service history, quotes, invoices, agreements, sites, and shared documents — and take a few actions directly: pay an invoice, approve or decline a quote, sign a rental or lease agreement. Your contractor invites you in; you sign in with a magic link emailed to you, not a password.

View your service history

Service history lists completed work at every one of your service sites, grouped by site and then by the specific piece of equipment it was performed on. Each entry shows the date, a summary of the work, the technician, and a status. If you have more than one site, use the site chips at the top to narrow the list to one site, or view them all together.

Approve or decline a quote

Quotes lists quotes your contractor has sent you. Drafts never appear here — only quotes that have actually been sent. Open a quote to see its line items, total, valid-until date, and install window.

If the quote is still open, you can Approve it or Decline it. Some quotes offer a choice of options (Good/Better/Best) — choose one to approve that option; the others are dropped. Approving is final on your side: your contractor is notified and follows up to schedule the work. If you change your mind after declining, contact your contractor for a new quote.

Pay an invoice

Invoices lists invoices issued to your account, with the balance due and status for each. An invoice with an open balance shows a Pay button that takes you to a secure payment page for that invoice. Invoices still in draft or prebill review are not shown — you'll see them once your contractor sends them. Use the site chips to filter to one site's invoices if you have more than one.

Sign a rental or lease agreement

Agreements lists rental and lease agreements your contractor has sent you. Open one to see the equipment, rate, and start date. An agreement awaiting your signature shows a signing form; once you sign, the page shows the signed record and you can print or save a PDF copy for yourself. Draft agreements are never shown.

Find a document

Documents lists paperwork your contractor has shared with you — things like certificates of insurance, W-9s, and contracts — with issued and expiry dates. A certificate expiring soon or already expired is flagged so you don't miss a renewal. Select Download on any row to get a copy.

View your service sites

Sites lists every service site on your account, each with its address, equipment count, and count of open work orders. Select a site to jump into its filtered service history. If you only have one site, this page is mostly a shortcut into that site's history.

What you can't do here

The portal is a read-and-respond view of your account, not a way to change it. You can't edit your account details, add or remove service sites or equipment, change technician assignments, or see your contractor's internal pricing, margins, or scheduling. To request new work, add a site, or update your account information, contact your contractor directly.

Access is session based, scoped to the single customer account you were invited into and signed in as. Everything you see — history, quotes, invoices, agreements, documents, sites — is limited to that account; there's no way to browse another customer's records from here.

Acceptance runs

When your contractor publishes a UAT Acceptance run for you, it appears under Acceptance. Open a run to mark each scenario pass or fail, attach photo evidence, leave a comment, and record an attributed GO or NO-GO decision. Suggested results from automated checks are visible but never count as your confirmation — you still decide.
