The job guides in this documentation cover how to get work done. This section is different: it's the lookup material you reach for mid-task — what a status means, who can see what, what a setting actually does.

Generated tables

Everything under Generated is read straight out of the running product, not typed by hand. Roles and permissions, status values, and settings defaults can never drift out of date here, because they aren't retyped anywhere — see Generated.

If a table looks wrong for your shop, check the matching Settings page in the app first: most of these values are yours to change.
