What it's for

Session expired is what a vendor sees when their supplier-portal session has run out. It exists so an expired session reads as "get a new link" rather than as being locked out.

Your vendors reach it automatically when a session lapses. The route is /vendor-portal/expired.

Tabs

The page has no tabs. It is a message and a way back in.

Panels and controls

  • The message states the session has expired. Nothing has been revoked and no work has been lost.
  • Request a new sign-in link sends a fresh one to the email on the vendor's record. Supplier-portal access uses links rather than passwords, which is why an expired session is self-service rather than a support call.
  • There is nothing else on the page by design.

If a vendor reports not receiving the link, the question to ask is whether the address on their record is the one they actually read — portal access follows the email your office recorded against them.

What it accepts

How to configure it

  • Vendor portal settings decide how long a session lasts.
  • The email on the vendor or subcontractor record is what a sign-in link goes to.
  • Branding settings decide how the page looks.

Who can see it

This screen is part of the supplier portal. It is reached by a vendor whose session has expired.

It is not part of the office app. Your staff can resend a portal invite from Vendor portal.
