What it's for

About Thermal is the company page — what Thermal is, what we believe about how field service software should work, and how to reach us. It fills a gap a buying committee looks for before taking a demo seriously: a company page that isn't just the product pitch.

Reached from the "About" link in the site footer or navigation, or by visiting trythermal.com/about directly. The route is /about.

Tabs

The page has no tabs. It's a single page, top to bottom.

Panels and controls

  • The intro — two short paragraphs on what Thermal does and why it was built, in place of a generic "our mission" statement.
  • What we believe — a list of the positions that shape the product: data ownership, the equipment record as the spine of the business, automation that shows its reasoning and can be turned off, and running beside a shop's accounting system rather than replacing it.
  • Company — the legal entity name, a short note that the team is remote-first and still small, and a contact email link.

There's deliberately no founder bio or photo on this page yet — that's a tracked gap, not an oversight, so don't read its absence as anything else.

What it accepts

Nothing. The page has no form — the only interactive element is a mailto: link to support@trythermal.com.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes this page. It's static copy maintained directly in the codebase, not generated from any organization's data.

Who can see it

This is a public page. Anyone can open it, signed in or not.
