Terms of Service
What it's for
Terms of Service sets out the agreement between a customer and Thermal for using the platform — plans and billing, acceptable use, data ownership, and how an account ends. Like the Privacy page, it exists so a buying committee's counsel has real terms to review, not a stub.

Tabs
The page has no tabs. It's a single document, broken into numbered sections rather than tabs, read top to bottom.
Panels and controls
- A draft banner at the top marks this as pending final legal review.
- Numbered sections cover: the Service itself, accounts and eligibility, plans/billing/payment (per-technician pricing, Stripe as the payment processor, no early-termination penalty), acceptable use, data ownership (a customer owns its own data, with a no-penalty export any time), Thermal's own intellectual property, third-party services, term and termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and how changes are communicated.
- A governing law section is explicitly marked as a placeholder — Thermal, Inc. isn't yet formally incorporated, so no state or venue is named yet. That's deliberate, not an oversight.
- A contact section with an email link for questions about the Terms.
What it accepts
Nothing. This is a static legal document — the only interactive element is a
mailto: link.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes this page. The "last updated" date and the terms text are edited directly, by hand, when they change. Plan names and prices referenced here are set on the pricing page, not here.
Who can see it
This is a public page. Anyone can open it, signed in or not.
