Read the dashboard
Dashboard is the office landing page — a real-time read on today's operations plus trailing KPIs for the month, year, or a custom range. Every number is computed from your own work orders, invoices, and time entries; a metric with no data source yet shows "—" instead of a guess.
Pick your north-star goals
Edit goals opens a picker of up to 3 KPIs to lead the dashboard with — first-time fix rate, tech utilization, and average ticket are the defaults. Chosen goals get a large tile up top with a target line and a progress bar; every KPI you didn't pick still appears further down as a supporting tile, so nothing disappears. Goals persist per org and take effect immediately on save.
Check today's operational strip
Directly under the goal chips, five live counts — Running late, Unassigned today, Open WOs, Overdue invoices, Appointments today — give the day's status independent of whatever MTD/YTD/Custom range is selected below. Each count links through to the filtered view (dispatch board, work orders, or invoices) so you can act on it immediately.
Switch the reporting period
The MTD / YTD / Custom toggle next to the goal tiles controls every KPI
below the today strip. Custom defaults to the trailing 30 days; pass
start/end query params for a specific range. Most tiles also show a
delta chip against the prior period of equal length.
Review Operational KPIs
First-time fix rate, tech utilization, MTTR, WO completion, schedule adherence, first response time, travel time, and overtime. Travel time and overtime read "—" until travel segments and payroll hours are wired in — the rest are live.
Review Revenue & financial KPIs
Average ticket, gross margin (from captured work-order line revenue and cost), contract renewal (auto-renew share of agreements expiring in the next 90 days), preventive mix, revenue per tech, lead source, AR days, and customer LTV (not yet tracked). Contract renewal and AR days link through to the relevant agreements or invoices view.
Review Customer & Team KPIs
CSAT (from work order survey responses), callback rate (the inverse of first-time fix rate), and cert completion (share of active technicians with at least one active certification, linking to Staff). NPS, CES, and tech turnover aren't tracked yet and show "—".
Watch the Predictive panel
When the equipment-health module isn't turned off for your org, a Predictive section surfaces units scored likely to fail before peak season — ranked by age, run hours, refrigerant history, and callbacks. Each row has a Schedule action that starts a maintenance work order for that unit directly. Turning the module off in automation settings hides this panel but doesn't stop the underlying scoring — it keeps running, just unsurfaced here.
Read the technician leaderboard
The By technician table ranks every tech by revenue for the selected period, with jobs, revenue, average ticket, and margin. First-time fix rate and close rate per technician aren't available yet (both need attribution data this table doesn't have) and show "—". Techs with no jobs or revenue in the period are hidden from the table and counted below it instead. Open scorecards goes to the full per-tech scorecard view; clicking a row does too.

Technicians are redirected to the field app (
/tech) and never see this screen. See Roles & permissions. - Scorecards (Owners/Office only) and Utilization & ROI (orgs with the rentals capability) appear as extra tabs above the dashboard title when you have access.
