What it's for

Leads is meant to be every call and web form your marketing captures — with a recording and one tap to turn it into a customer, a booked work order, or mark it lost. Today the underlying call-tracking and web-form capture aren't connected on any org, so this screen shows the real chrome with an honest "not connected" gap throughout, not fabricated calls or callers.

Reach it from Marketing → Leads in the sidebar, at /marketing/leads.

Tabs

The screen has no tabs. It is a rail of leads next to a detail area, filtered by status.

Panels and controls

The rail on the left filters by New, In progress, and Booked — each currently at zero. Its empty state, No leads yet, explains that tracked calls and web forms will land here once call tracking and lead capture are connected.

The main panel shows This week as a small scorecard (New, In progress, Booked, Lost — all gaps, not zeros) and a Lead capture isn't connected yet message describing what a working lead will show once it's live: source, a recording and summarized transcript, caller details, and one tap to create a customer, book a work order, or mark it lost. Below that, a How a lead moves stepper shows the intended flow — Captured → Disposition → Customer → Work order — with no step yet reached.

A side card, What Presence captures, lists the fields a lead record will carry — Name, Phone, Address, Issue, Equipment, Match in system — all shown as placeholders until a lead actually arrives.

What it accepts

This screen writes nothing today. There is no form to fill in and no action to submit — it is read-only until call tracking and web-form capture are connected.

How to configure it

  • Nothing on this screen is configurable yet.
  • Settings → Capabilities decides whether the Marketing area is switched on for your organization; every module is included, so an owner just turns it on.
  • Connecting call tracking and lead capture (from Settings → Integrations) is what will start filling this screen with real leads.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Marketing area.

Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot — inbound lead handling is an office function, not a dispatch one. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
