What it's for

Marketing overview is your weekly marketing scorecard — leads and calls, search rankings, website traffic, ad results, and budget pacing — read in plain language. Where a number isn't measured yet, the screen shows an honest gap instead of a fake zero, so you can tell "nothing happened" apart from "we aren't tracking this yet."

Reach it from Marketing → Overview in the sidebar, at /marketing/overview.

Tabs

  • Scorecard — the metrics grid itself. This is the tab that's built today.
  • Channels — a channel-by-channel breakdown (search, ads, social, reviews). Not built yet; the tab shows Not built yet rather than pretending to have data.
  • Spend — a dedicated spend breakdown. Also not built yet, same honest empty state.

Panels and controls

A toggle above the grid switches between Call volume and Pipeline & renewals — two different sets of scorecard cells, both read-only.

Every cell in the grid is currently an honest gap: leads & calls, search rankings, website traffic, ad results, answer-engine mentions, and budget pacing under Call volume; pipeline, agreement renewals, cost per booked job, average won ticket, and return on spend under Pipeline & renewals. Each gap cell explains why — "Not measured — connect Presence to start tracking your search rankings," for example — and several link to Connect at /settings/integrations. Nothing here is a live number today: the integration that would populate this screen isn't connected on any org yet.

What it accepts

This screen writes nothing. It has no forms, no editable fields, and no server actions — it only displays your marketing metrics once they're connected.

How to configure it

  • Nothing on this screen is configurable yet — every cell is a gap until the underlying integration connects.
  • Settings → Capabilities decides whether the Marketing area is switched on for your organization; every module is included, so an owner just turns it on. Until it is, the screen says the module is not turned on.
  • Connecting your marketing integration (from Settings → Integrations) is what will eventually turn these gaps into real numbers.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Marketing area.

Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot — marketing performance isn't part of day-to-day dispatch work. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
