What it's for
Website is meant to show your marketing site's pages and their status, the weekly content pipeline, and any edit or undo requests with guardrails attached. Today the integration that builds and publishes the site isn't connected on any org, so this screen shows the real chrome with an honest empty state throughout, not fabricated pages or edits.
Reach it from Marketing → Website in the sidebar, at /marketing/website.
Tabs
- Pages — your site's page inventory: status, visits, and when each page was last updated.
- Content pipeline — a board of content moving through Needs review, Scheduled, and Published.
- Edits & undo — guardrails on what automated edits can touch, plus a log of recent changes.
Panels and controls
Pages is a table with columns Page, Status, Visits, and Updated. A page's status shows as one of Draft, Needs review, Live, or Unpublished. It's empty today — No pages yet — until the site integration connects.
Content pipeline is a three-column board (Needs review / Scheduled / Published), each column showing its own empty label ("No drafts waiting," "Nothing scheduled," "Nothing published this week") until content starts flowing through it.
Edits & undo lists what automated edits can never touch — Phone & address, License numbers, Agreement pricing (source of truth stays Agreements), and Booking & payment links. Below that, an Auto-edits toggle lets you pre-set whether smaller content refreshes may apply automatically; page edits themselves always need your approval either way, regardless of this toggle. It doesn't persist yet — there's no live setting to save until the integration connects. A Recent changes list, empty today (No edits yet), will show each proposed change with a before/after view, a plain-language reason, and one-tap undo once it's live.
What it accepts
This screen writes nothing to the database yet. The Auto-edits toggle is local to your browser session; nothing you set here is saved or applied until the site integration connects.
How to configure it
- Nothing on this screen is configurable yet — the settings here are forward-looking preferences until the integration connects.
- Settings → Capabilities decides whether the Marketing area is switched on for your organization; every module is included, so an owner just turns it on.
- Connecting your site (from Settings → Integrations) is what will start filling this screen with real pages, pipeline items, and edit history.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Marketing area.
Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot — the marketing site isn't part of day-to-day dispatch work. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
