What it's for

Reputation is meant to be your reviews inbox — drafted replies to approve, edit, or dismiss — plus how fresh your Google Business Profile looks. Today the review-drafting and profile-freshness integration isn't connected on any org, so this screen shows the real chrome with an honest "not connected" gap throughout, not fabricated reviewers, ratings, or reply text.

Reach it from Marketing → Reputation in the sidebar, at /marketing/reputation.

Tabs

The screen has no tabs. It is a rail of reviews next to a detail area.

Panels and controls

The Inbox rail on the left filters by Needs reply, All, and Low (1–3 star), each currently at zero. Its empty state, No reviews yet, explains that reviews land here once Google Business Profile is connected.

The main panel shows Reviews inbox isn't connected yet, describing what a working reply will look like once it's live: every new review gets a drafted reply here to approve, edit, or dismiss, each with the reason behind it and a kill switch. Low-star reviews (1–3 stars) always wait for a person — they are never sent automatically, connected or not.

Below that, Google profile freshness is a small grid of four checks — Business hours, Photos, Google posts, Questions & answers — each an honest gap ("Connects through Presence — not wired up yet.").

A side card, This week, lists Reviews replied, Avg reply time, New reviews, and Review requests sent — all placeholders with a note that this is a gap, not a zero, until Google Business Profile connects.

What it accepts

This screen writes nothing today. There is no form to fill in and no action to submit — it is read-only until Google Business Profile is connected.

How to configure it

  • Nothing on this screen is configurable yet.
  • Settings → Capabilities decides whether the Marketing area is switched on for your organization; every module is included, so an owner just turns it on.
  • Connecting Google Business Profile (from Settings → Integrations) is what will start filling this screen with real reviews and freshness data.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Marketing area.

Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot — review and reputation management is an office function, not a dispatch one. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
