What it's for
Plan shows your seat count and the status of every optional module. There are no plan tiers: every released module is included for every shop. Rentals, Capital Planning, Marketing, the customer and vendor portals, and accounting sync each read their on/off state from Settings → Capabilities; this page shows the result.
Reach it from Settings → Plan in the sidebar, at /settings/plan.
Tabs
This screen has no tabs. It's two stacked panels: current plan and modules.
Panels and controls
Current plan
A summary card with two rows: Plan ("Every module included") and Seats used (accepted Clerk memberships plus pending invitations out of your Clerk organization limit, with remaining capacity, or "(no limit)").
Modules
One row per module, with exactly one status: Ready (switched on), Granted for your org (switched on by an organization or branch grant), Off by your organization (a grant switched it off), or Setup needed (not switched on yet). The HVAC and Fire & Life Safety packs are not in this table; their activation state lives on the Capabilities screen. If no modules are defined at all, the table shows "No capabilities defined."
What it accepts
This screen is read-only. Modules are switched on and off from Settings → Capabilities.
How to configure it
- Switch a module on or off from Settings → Capabilities; its row here follows on the next page load, as does the navigation for that module.
- Seats used is read live from Clerk and includes both accepted members and pending invitations, matching the quota Clerk enforces. Out-of-band Clerk changes appear here on the next page load; no duplicate database cap is used.
- Automation Auto mode is included for every shop. Each module's own Off/Suggest/Auto setting on the Automations screen controls whether it runs unattended, and only an owner can turn Auto on.
Who can see it
- Owners and office managers have access to the Settings area and can view this page.
- Dispatchers and technicians cannot reach Settings at all.
