Reports
What it's for
Reports is the hub for everything the shop measures — profitability, backlog, response times, compliance, and utilization. Each report is its own screen; this page is the index and the summary that tells you which one to open.
Reach it from Reports in the sidebar, at /reports.
Tabs
Links across the top take you to each report:
- Agreement profitability — which plans make money.
- Department P&L — profit by department.
- Job costing: actual vs. estimate — where quotes and reality diverge.
- Work-order aging — how long jobs are sitting, by bucket.
- Dispatch backlog — what is queued and not yet scheduled.
- SLA — response performance against promised windows.
- Callback rate — how often you go back.
- Fleet equipment health — the state of the equipment you own.
- Inspection trends — what inspections keep finding.
- PM compliance — whether the maintenance you sold is being delivered.
- Safety scorecard — safety performance.
- EPA-608 refrigerant compliance — the refrigerant record.
- Labor utilization — billable versus paid hours.
- Scorecards and Utilization & ROI — the people view.
Panels and controls
- Summary tables on this page give the headline of several reports at once, so you can see where to look before you drill in: Job type, Jobs, On-time, Avg response, and Callback for service performance; Bucket, Invoices, Amount, Share, and Oldest for aging; Month, Reviews, CSAT, and NPS for customer sentiment.
- Export CSV takes a report's numbers out for a spreadsheet.
- Drill-down buttons go from a headline to the report behind it: By tech, Agreement drill-down, Full SLA report, and the rest.
- Try again reloads a panel that failed to load rather than leaving a blank space with no explanation.
What it accepts
The hub itself takes no input. Each report has its own filters, covered on its own page.
How to configure it
- Job costing settings decide how cost is built, which is what makes the profitability reports meaningful.
- Agreements settings decide the cadence PM compliance measures against.
- Compliance settings decide the thresholds the refrigerant and safety reports use.
- Branches and Departments scope what a report covers.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot — a technician's own numbers appear on their scorecard in the field app. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
