What it's for
Job volume & margin by lead source breaks work-order volume, revenue, and known-cost margin down by where the job's demand came from — referral, website, cold call, or whatever the office typed in. It shows which acquisition channels actually produce paying, profitable work rather than just volume.
Reach it from Reports → Job volume & margin by lead source, at /reports/lead-source.

Reports links back to the hub; the master rail groups it under Financial.

What it accepts
| Field | Format | Required | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| From / To | date | No | Defaults to the trailing 90 days |
| Branch | chip | No | Appears only when the org compares branches |
How to configure it
Lead source is a free-text field on the New Work Order form (matching the customer's lead-source convention — no enum). Jobs created without one fall back to the customer's lead source when it exists, and otherwise resolve to Unspecified.
