What it's for
Safety scorecard is how the shop is doing on the things that keep people safe and insurable — job hazard analyses completed, credentials current, and work done by people who were not eligible to do it.
Reach it from Reports → Safety scorecard, at /reports/safety.
Tabs
- By technician — each person's own record.
- By branch — the same measures rolled up per location.
Panels and controls
Columns: JHA done, Timely, Escalations, Cred. current, Expired / revoked, and Ineligible work.
- JHA done against Timely is two questions. A hazard analysis completed after the work started is a form, not a control, so the timeliness column is the one that means something.
- Escalations counts hazards raised that needed someone above the technician to decide.
- Cred. current and Expired / revoked are the credential picture from Credentials, read as a safety measure rather than an admin one.
- Ineligible work is the number to drive to zero: work performed by someone whose certification did not cover it. Every one of these has an override reason recorded against it on the job, so each can be read rather than guessed at.
No activity in this window is the empty state.
What it accepts
The report takes no input beyond its window and the technician-or-branch view.
How to configure it
- Compliance settings decide which work requires a hazard analysis and which certifications are required for which job types.
- Credentials and the compliance queue are the source of the currency columns — a shop that does not record credentials cannot measure this.
- Branches decide the by-branch rollup.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot see the team's safety record; their own hazard analyses are in the field app. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
