What it's for
EPA 608 Compliance is the refrigerant record — "Refrigerant transactions across the whole fleet, with annualized leak rate and EPA threshold breach flags." It is the report you produce when an authority asks, and the one that tells you which units are leaking before they do.

Panels and controls
Transactions
Date, Customer, Site, Equipment, Serial, EPA class, Transaction, Refrigerant, Quantity (oz), Leak rate, Threshold, Over?, Exempt, Alerted, CY addition, Technician, EPA cert #, Work order, and Notes.
- Leak rate is annualized, and it is a percentage of the unit's nameplate charge. A unit with no nameplate charge on record cannot have a leak rate worked out — which is why that field on the unit matters more than it looks.
- Threshold and Over? flag a breach against the threshold for that appliance class. Exempt and Alerted record where an exemption applies and whether notification has happened.
- EPA cert # ties each transaction to the certified technician who performed it, which is what makes the record defensible rather than merely complete.
Cylinders
Location, Cylinders, Total capacity (oz), and Current fill (oz). Open cylinder registry goes to the full Cylinders view with its custody trail.
Export CSV takes it out; Clear resets the filters.
Empty states
No refrigerant transactions and No cylinders tracked.

The report is a read-out. Transactions are recorded on the job or on the unit.
How to configure it
- Compliance settings decide the thresholds per appliance class and which refrigerants are tracked.
- Nameplate charge on each unit is the denominator of every leak rate — the single most important field for this report to work.
- EPA appliance class on each unit decides which threshold applies.
- Technician EPA cert numbers are recorded on the unit identity screen and on staff records.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
