Technician scorecard

What it's for

A technician scorecard is one person's performance in full: their composite score, the trend behind it, and every job that produced it. It is built to be opened in a one-to-one rather than read alone.

Reach it by picking a technician on Scorecards. The route is /scorecards/<technician>.

Tabs

  • Trend — how the numbers have moved over time.
  • Jobs — the individual jobs behind them, with WO, Job, Outcome, and Amount.

Panels and controls

Fact strip

Composite, Role, and Certifications — the headline score, what the person does, and what they are qualified for.

Period

MTD, YTD, and Custom set the window. Comparing month-to-date against year-to-date is usually more useful than either alone: it separates a bad month from a trend.

Trend and jobs together

The Trend tab tells you whether something is changing; the Jobs tab tells you which jobs changed it. Every figure on the scorecard resolves to a list of real work orders, so a conversation about a callback rate can move immediately to the callbacks themselves.

What it accepts

The screen takes no input beyond the period selector.

How to configure it

  • Job costing settings decide how the revenue and margin figures are built.
  • Compliance settings decide which certifications are tracked and shown.
  • Dashboard settings decide the default period.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Scorecards area.

Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot — a technician sees their own scorecard in the field app rather than here, and cannot see anyone else's. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
