Agreement signing link
What it's for
An agreement signing link is how a customer signs a maintenance agreement without printing anything. You send the link, they read the plan and sign, and the signed agreement is on their record.
Your customer opens it from the link you send. The route is
/p/agreement/<token>.
Tabs
The page has no tabs. It is the agreement and the signature.
Panels and controls
- The agreement as the customer will hold it: the plan, what it includes, the covered equipment, the term, and the price.
- Signature captures their acceptance on the page.
- Once signed, the agreement is active on their record in your office and the covered equipment starts its maintenance schedule.
Link handling
Signing links are single-purpose and expire. Two messages tell the customer what happened rather than showing a broken page:
- "This signing link is no longer valid." — the link has expired or the agreement has already been signed. Send a fresh one from the office.
- "Too many attempts. Please wait a moment and try again." — repeated attempts are throttled, which is a deliberate protection on a link that carries a signature.

How to configure it
- Signatures settings decide what the customer is signing and what appears on the signed document.
- Agreements settings decide the plan wording, cadence, and terms shown.
- Branding settings decide how the page looks.
- Link validity is a security setting rather than a per-agreement choice.
Who can see it
This page opens from a secure link you send — no login, no account. Anyone holding the link can open it, and the link is the only way in, so treat it the way you would treat the agreement itself.
Your staff see the agreement on its record.
