Agreement (portal)
What it's for
An agreement in the customer portal is one plan as the customer sees it: what it includes, which of their units it covers, when the visits are due, and when it renews. It is the answer to "what am I actually paying for", available without a phone call.
Your customers reach it by opening an agreement from the portal. The route is
/portal/agreements/<agreement>.
Tabs
The page has no tabs. It is the plan.
Panels and controls
- What's included — the visits, the cadence, and any priority response the plan promises. This is the part a renewal conversation depends on, and having it in front of the customer beats describing it.
- Covered equipment — the units under this plan, at which sites. For a multi-site customer this is the list that shows what is and is not protected.
- Term — when the plan started, when it expires, and whether it renews automatically.
- Visits — what has been delivered and what is still due.
The page shows what was promised and what has been delivered against it. Where your shop is behind on visits, the customer can see that too — which is the honest position, and a better one than being asked about it at renewal.
What it accepts
The page takes no input. Agreements are changed in the office app.
How to configure it
- Customer portal settings decide whether the agreements section appears.
- Agreements settings decide the cadence, the plan description, and the guaranteed response window shown here.
- Branding settings decide how it looks.
Who can see it
This screen is part of the customer portal. Your customers reach it with a portal login, and each one sees only their own agreements.
Your staff see the internal version, including profitability, on the agreement record.
