Acceptance run (portal)
What it's for
An acceptance run in the customer portal is one set of scenarios the customer works through, marking each pass or fail and recording an overall decision at the end. It turns "are you happy with it" into something written down.
Your customers reach it by opening a run from the portal. The route is
/portal/acceptance/<run>.
Tabs
The page has no tabs. It is the scenario list.
Panels and controls
Columns: Scenario, Status, and Your response.
- Pass and Fail record the customer's verdict per scenario.
- Comment captures why — and a failed scenario without a comment is a problem nobody can act on, so it is worth prompting for.
- Record GO / NO-GO captures the overall decision once the scenarios are worked through. That is the moment of acceptance, and it is deliberately a separate action from marking the last scenario: a run can pass every scenario and still be a no-go for a reason that was not on the list.
- No scenarios is the empty state, and means the run has not had its scenarios added yet in the office app.
Everything recorded here is visible to your office immediately.
What it accepts

| Evidence | A file with an optional caption | No | Attached to a step |
How to configure it

Who can see it
This screen is part of the customer portal. Your customers reach it with a portal login, and each one sees only their own runs.
