What it's for
Agreements in the customer portal shows a customer what they are covered for. A customer who can see their plan and the equipment under it is a customer who renews it, because the value is visible rather than remembered.
Your customers reach it from the portal, at /portal/agreements.
Tabs
The screen has no tabs. It is one list; opening an agreement shows its detail.
Panels and controls
- Columns: Agreement, Equipment, Starts, and Status. Equipment is the important one — it turns an abstract plan into a list of the units the customer actually has covered.
- Opening an agreement shows what it includes, the visits it calls for, and the units under it.
- No agreements yet is the empty state, and on a customer with equipment it is a sales opportunity rather than a problem.
Nothing here shows your cost or the plan's margin. It shows what the customer is buying.
What it accepts
The screen takes no input. Agreements are created and changed in the office app.
How to configure it
- Customer portal settings decide whether the agreements section appears.
- Agreements settings decide what a plan includes and how it is described, which is what the customer reads here.
- Branding settings decide how it looks.
Who can see it
This screen is part of the customer portal. Your customers reach it with a portal login, and each one sees only their own agreements.
It is not part of the office app. Your staff work from Agreements instead.
